we got a room open for the summer starting may 15 through like august 15th. rent is like 200 or 210 depending on which room is available. pay 1/4 bills. located at 1418 magnolia
we got one in august ... rent is 325$ plus 1/3 bills unless we have someone in the back bedroom which will bring your portion down to 275$ plus 1/4 bills... it will most likely be the latter...
I thought I had a good place sacked up, but I backed out so I'm on the search for fall/spring...
if anyone knows of any houses with garages for rent, let me know.

I am coming to cs next weekend to look for places to live startin in june, so anybody who has an extra room let me know. My parents want to look at houses with me before I sign why I don't know. They will be in cs also this weekend so I would like to find a place while they are there, so I don't have to listen to them ***** about it later. Also if anyone is doin any drinkin let me know. be there friday.
