nice
OK so hopefully yall see this - I measured the diameter of the TRE that I have today and for all i can tell it is 1". Trent told me it was a stock bronco style one. So any ideas advice on what I should do? The way I see it I can do a few things.
Buy big DOM and use the same TREs everywhere on the steering.
Tap one end with thread, then use inserts and other TREs everywhere else (kinda ghetto, but cheap)
Use inserts everywhere and buy all new TREs. I know I hear alot about the chevy one ton ones. Are they cheap or what?
Also - I need to look, but how does one attach the the drag link to the tie rod with custom fabbed steering arms?
Oh yeah - I could also use a stock tie rod with new TREs for real cheap and ghey.

use heims and inserts....tapping tubing is a HUGE PITA....not to mention the cost of taps.
use Chevy one ton tie rod ends and tubing inserts... Austin...
