wtf. IWILLs Suck. And ECS aren't the greatest, but its a good quality board. Its not my fault that some people dont run a big enough powersupply. And the ECS you saw were prolly the ones with the dated bios. Get the K57SA Pro and you'll be fine.
And if you have a video card, no shared video shouldnt be a problem for you.

Anyways, I might just get a new board, processor, hard drive and ram... The sad thing is what do I do with the **** I'm using now?? All of it is good and decently quick but the mother board makes it lock up randomly. God knows we have the dana 60's of cases
