OK I suppose jeep is ready. Did my pre run check out and found I'd forgotten to reinstall the steering box brace after installing the winch, it needed to be modified a little. Didn't get to mess with the front suspension besides capturing the coils, it probably won't break. Better remember my hood and more rods.

Robbie will be coming up with me, but without his jeep. Should be out of here by noon.

If all goes as planned maybe 9-ish? The trails are mostly pretty short so we can plan on running short ones until you guys get there. If we get the camp we want it's off the main road as you go in. It is on your left just before the main road goes downhill by some trees. If you know where Houston Trail is, it's across the main road from the end of that trail. I'm hoping Andy or Kopecki snag the spot before anyone else does seeing as how we probably won't be there until 10-ish tonight.

I hope to be there by 6, depending on what time my co-driver can escape from work. He has to deal with the world's fattest vegetarian today.

Saturday night Gene Watson and Shennandoah are playing. We might need to check that out! There is also a Fiddle comp on Saturday, and check out that Yam Queen!!

We've been rocking all night but don't you know, you got to get me to the church on Cumberland Road!

i will depart shortly for Mt Pleasant, arrive there, then spend the night. upon completion of my little brothers football game in the AM i shall depart for Gilmer. My expected time of arrival is in the vicinity of 11AM-noon. i will give jimmy a call upon my arrival, whereby i will claim my rightful place at his right hand.

I think everyone knows you had an awesome time, Jimmy.

Seriously, great weekend. No rain, great weather during the day, but a bit on the cold side at night. For those I met for the first time, it was nice to meet you. For the rest of you, it was good to see you again.

    Pics to follow ASAP.

Awesome time. It was great to meet those of you I didn't know for the first time. And as always it was good to see everyone, thanks to Kopecki and Fred for the rides. Oh and Karl's attire was priceless...
