Looks good.
How did you like the new tires? Did you notice a big difference compared to your old TSLs?
What about the 4 link? Happy with how it performed?

So, are you searching for a camping rig now?
Just to add, I believe the NP241OR comes factory with a CV flange so, a slip yoke eliminator is not needed. You would need a new rear CV drive shaft.
To clarify, we are talking about an NP241OR (emphasis on the "OR" in that part number). The NP241OR is the rubicon transfercase that has 4:1 low range. It is a completely different case than a...
I would go with the NP 241. I've seen them sell for $1,000-$1,500. Like Karl said, you would have that much into building a D300, but the NP241 is a direct swap for you. The D300 would be...
I've never heard of Long Ranch before. Have yall been there before? I checked their website, but it doesn't appear to have been updated in the last several years.
Is the forum still set up so that someone has to approve members before they can post? I recall that I had to bug someone at the meetings (a few times) to make my account able to post. I don't know...
Truck looks good.
I'm extremely jealous of that surf. It looks perfect. Yall do any good?

I grabbed a Volvo fan from the pick n pull so maybe I'll get going on this thing again.
yeah, if you think you don't have wrenching time now... Just wait till that kiddo comes along. You'll think back and feel like you had all the free time in the world....
Am I reading that correct? You are swapping IN a Chrysler 8.25?
What is in it now? Why not go with an 8.8? They are cheap, plentiful, should match your current wheel bolt pattern, and can be...
What is so "un" street legal about your CJ? Isn't it a full body CJ? Why not just make some modifications to make it more street freindly?
What are the plans if it sells?
That sounds like an awesome trip.
It's coming along nicely!
Not much to update.
I got the rear shocks in place. I still need to burn them in but I want to cycle everything first....
Not much to update. Tacked the driver side shock mount together.

I got a smoking deal on some new (used) tools from...
It's for sale AGAIN. It's not being sold by the OP.
I got a little done last night.
Rear shock mounts.

I may take you up on the aluminum welding.
I think i'm going to check the pick a part to try and find a Volvo fan for cheap.
Things were a little sketchy with the front sitting on jack stands.

Ordered a new radiator to help make space for the steering gear box (new rad is shorter).
Because of the angle on the lower rad hose outlet, I still have a conflict with the outlet and fan....
While that thing is aweseome...
I would prefer something like this.

Looks good. Can't say I'm a huge fan of the grumper, but to each their own.
What type of tires are those?
