Putting shocks in will help you more than a sway bar. I would prioritize getting proper sized shocks first. This was kind of a silly thing to do. It is pretty typical to hear noises in your suspension unloading/loading off-road, don't worry I remember it making me nervous as well.
You can buy that entire sway bar link assembly at most auto-parts stores. You could also look at a junkyard. Check out Collins Bros, or

I would just visit Tommy at Napa, a new end link is about $25-30 IIRC.
