3Br Duplex Available or Roomate needed

Hi All,
My wife & I own a pretty sweet 3bedroom duplex & live in half. The other side is pretty much available immediately. I have one roomate that could stay, but doesn't have too if you would rather have the whole place to yourself.

Officially available beginning of August, but as I mentioned above, you may be able to move in earlier.
